Initial Speech and Language Evaluation

Service Description

English Please read carefully Evaluation to establish plan of care for Articulation Therapy, Expressive/Receptive Language Therapy, AAC Therapy, Stuttering Therapy, Apraxia, and/or Voice Therapy. Price for Service is $300 if not adjusted for income. Range for income-adjusted price is $98 - 260. There is a 20 dollar booking fee that will be requested once the therapist confirms your selected time slot. This fee must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled session. If not, session will be canceled. The $20 will be subtracted from the final price (determined at the end of the session). Pricing can be adjusted based on annual income. Will be determined during the session if necessary. A super bill will be provided at the end of the evaluation for all clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. ----- Español Favor de leer cuidadosamente. Precio de la evaluación es 300$ sin ser ajustado por ingreso anual. Precio puede ser ajustado entre 98 - 260$ dependiendo de su ingreso anual. Hay una tarifa de reserva de 20 dólares que se solicitará cuando la terapeuta confirme su horario seleccionado. Esta cuota debe ser pagada 24 horas antes de la sesión programada.
